Essas solu\u00e7\u00f5es passam por um amplo debate e entendimento, sem politiza\u00e7\u00f5es; j\u00e1 h\u00e1 d\u00e9cadas os problemas s\u00f3 se agravam, prejudicando aqueles que utilizam o transporte p\u00fablico municipal em nosso pa\u00eds. Assim, o transporte p\u00fablico municipal, sobretudo por \u00f4nibus, est\u00e1 sofrendo um c\u00edrculo vicioso de queda de passageiros, diminui\u00e7\u00e3o de receitas tarif\u00e1rias reais, aumento de custos operacionais acima dos \u00edndices de infla\u00e7\u00e3o, que dentre outros fatores prejudicam a qualidade do servi\u00e7o, afetando todo o p\u00fablico usu\u00e1rio e as comunidades em geral. Mesmo em meio a todos esses problemas, a pol\u00edtica brasileira para a mobilidade urbana ainda insiste em incentivar o transporte individual atrav\u00e9s de isen\u00e7\u00f5es e incentivos fiscais \u00e0 aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o e produ\u00e7\u00e3o de autom\u00f3veis. Esse cen\u00e1rio n\u00e3o vai mudar at\u00e9 que se decida se o transporte p\u00fablico \u00e9 ou n\u00e3o \u00e9 um servi\u00e7o essencial para a popula\u00e7\u00e3o e que seja revisto o modelo de financiamento do transporte p\u00fablico.
