Segundo apurado pela Pol\u00edcia Civil, o homem teria amea\u00e7ado sua ex-companheira anteriormente, que teria solicitado as medidas protetivas de urg\u00eancia constantes da Lei 11.340\/06.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAp\u00f3s deferidas as medidas protetivas de urg\u00eancia requeridas, a equipe de investigadores acompanhou o Oficial de Justi\u00e7a para intima\u00e7\u00e3o de afastamento do lar do suposto agressor, al\u00e9m de outras restri\u00e7\u00f5es impostas pelo Poder Judici\u00e1rio. No local, ap\u00f3s cientificado das medidas, os investigadores visualizaram uma arma de fogo de fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o artesanal na resid\u00eancia do indiv\u00edduo, que foi preso em flagrante de imediato e conduzido \u00e0 Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia onde foi autuado.
