Ele foi preso e, junto com as 4 armas de fogo apreendidas, conduzido \u00e0 delegacia de Pol\u00edcia Civil local, para formaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do cumprimento do mandado judicial e posteriormente ser encaminhado ao sistema prisional, ficando \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A delegada de Pol\u00edcia Civil da comarca ratificou o flagrante pela posse ilegal das 4 armas de fogo. <strong>Equipe 1:<\/strong> comando 5\u00ba PEL\/ 3\u00aa Cia, tenente Heberth Dias, sargentos Avilmar e Colares, cabo Israel. <strong>Equipe 2:<\/strong> 2\u00ba Gp\/ 5\u00ba PEL\/ 3\u00aaCia, sargentos Elton e Versiani.
